A strong Saison aged for four months in Sauvignon Blanc barrels from Wente winery in California.

This brew uses a unique yeast strain from a famous Belgian brewery. Expect a slightly spicy and peppery beer, with a dry finish.

Super limited release 650mL, as part of our Barrel Aged Series.
