What you'll be doing:

You will support our team, to originate and lead HR practices, programs and objectives that align with our core values and support our business goals. We believe in quality, community, collaboration and mountain culture in a fun, inclusive work environment.

Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a smooth process for recruiting skilled individuals
  • Employee onboarding & engagement
  • Execute performance management and total rewards packages
  • Provide strategic direction to our management team, including work force planning
  • Design and delivery of engaging training sessions and leading talent development
  • Produce high-quality company and employee communications and HR policy documents
  • Ensure the highest compliance with Employment Standards
  • Support initiatives that enable and grow our culture; facilitate team building and social events
  • Implement and run Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Develop and coordinate occupational health & safety programs
  • Lead employee health and wellness programs and perform benefits administration
  • Guiding community relations and engagement
  • Leading a diverse workforce

  • Have a post-secondary degree with a Major in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrable ability to mentor managers through team challenges
  • Are self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Have excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills
  • Have knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations and training development.
  • Are a doer with outstanding interpersonal and employee coaching skills
  • Have excellent digital literacy in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Are experienced in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
  • Have experience working with an HRIS
  • Have strong full cycle recruitment experience
  • Love delicious craft beer



This position is a permanent full-time position which benefits from a 40-hour flex-time work week Monday through Friday.
